SLACKER!!

So, I have been a major SLACKER when it comes to keeping this blog up to date! My goodness, so many things have happened since the birth of Fielding! So, I guess I will just have to give the short version of the last 9 months.

We had our first Christmas in this new home. It was wonderful.
The new year of 2011 came and went. It was wonderful.
Fielding's baby blessing was on January 2nd by his dad. It was wonderful. We did the Christmas tree fire. It was wonderful.
Averee turned 8 on March 4th and was baptized by her dad the next day. It was wonderful.
Mid March we went camping to Corral Pink Sand Dunes. Joe's truck broke down on the way- exactly half way there. It had to be towed. Our trailer's were left parked at a gas station near Cove Fort while me and the kids went on with Joe's family and Joe rode in the tow truck all the way home to get my suburban, pick up the trailers and meet us there. It turned a normal 6 hour drive into about 14 for him. But my good ole suburban saved the trip. Most of that was wonderful.
We went camping to Green River for spring break. Nothing needed to be towed home. It was wonderful.
We celebrated Easter Saturday, and Easter Sunday. It was wonderful.
Joe and I celebrated our 9th anniversary in May. We spent a couple days in Moab riding the trails on our motorcycles. It was wonderful.
Clara turned 5 in May. It was wonderful.
We went camping out west for Memorial Day Weekend. It rained and snowed until we were camped in a big giant mud hole. It was wonderful.
Averee was chosen twice to sing a solo in her AF youth choir concerts. She did wonderful.
Averee played rec coach-pitch softball and Hyrum and Clara played rec Tee Ball in June. They did wonderful.
Joe turned 33 in June. It was wonderful.
Autum entered her Suburban in 2 truck pulling competitions and took 1st place and 4th place. It was wonderful.
We went to Fishlake over the 4th. It was wonderful.
We went to Lake Powell during the end of July. It was wonderful.
All of these months we have done several house and yard projects. Cleaned up and graveled the north side of the house where we park the RV, built a shed, cleaned and organized the garage, planted the veggie garden, planted more grass, cleaned up and planted in the flower beds, did many sprinkler system fixes and additions, moved the laundry room downstairs, turned the old laundry room into a mud room, refinished the dining room table, cut down 3 giant trees in the yard and many more small ones, painted the porch rails and all outside doors, built a sandbox, and those are just the bigger projects. All the while, our kids just kept growing and growing. Especially Fielding who is now walking around furniture and is getting teeth. It's been wonderful! Here's a slide show of the past 9 months.
